Hoppers are used to store and supply fine fuel (saw dust, wood chips or pellets) into an intermediary tank or flame damper in the biomass fired heat plants. Hoppers are used to store fine fuels and ensure continuous supply of fuel into the boiler. The larger the hopper – the less often it needs to be refueled and the longer boiler will be fired. The following types of hoppers are available: BG, BG1, BSP-6.
